Primary Electronic Health Record System
Sarver Heart Center, as part of the University of Arizona and in partnership with Banner Health for clinical care, utilizes the Banner Health patient portal. This portal, now referred to as Patient Account and formerly known as the MyBanner patient portal, is the digital interface for patients to access their health information. The electronic health record (EHR) system that underpins the Banner Health patient portal is Cerner. This means that the patient data accessed through the Banner Health Patient Account is managed within the Cerner EHR system used by Banner Health facilities, including those where Sarver Heart Centerülü affiliated physicians provide care. Patients of Sarver Heart Center who receive care through the Banner Health system can access their medical records, schedule appointments, and communicate with their providers via the Banner Health Patient Account, available through the Banner Health website (account.bannerhealth.com) or their mobile app. While the University of Arizona's Campus Health utilizes a patient portal called PatientLink, this appears to be separate and primarily for student health services, not the specialized care provided by Sarver Heart Center through its partnership with Banner Health.
