Northwest Primary Care at La Paloma

Northwest Primary Care at La Paloma, which is part of Northwest Primary & Specialty Care, is transitioning to a new electronic health record (EHR) system called athenaOne from athenaHealth. This new system includes a new patient portal with enhanced features. Previously, Northwest Primary Care used a patient portal called "My Health Record". The "My Health Record" patient portal was operated and hosted by Greenway Health, LLC. Northwest Primary Care has a long-standing relationship with Greenway Health, having used their Intergy EHR system for many years. The transition to athenaOne is combining the functionality of the previous MyHealthRecord portal and other systems into a single platform. Therefore, Northwest Primary Care at La Paloma is in the process of implementing the athenaHealth athenaOne EHR and its associated patient portal. Prior to this transition, they utilized the "My Health Record" patient portal which is connected to the Greenway Health EHR system.
