Their patient portal is branded as MyEssen, with the tagline "MyEssen-Where Care Comes Together." EssenMED House Calls switched to eClinicalWorks in 2008, citing the need for a mobile, powerful, flexible, and easy-to-use EHR to serve their homebound patients. The eClinicalWorks platform allows their providers to access patient records, make notations, and share information seamlessly with other care team members during home visits. Patients of Essen Health Care, including those in the House Calls program, can access their medical records, view lab results, manage medications, and handle appointments through the Patient Portal. This portal, known as MyEssen, is part of the integrated system provided by Essen Health Care.
