Primary Electronic Health Record System
Eastern Niagara Hospital (enhs.org) is no longer operational, having closed its Lockport location on June 17, 2023. Consequently, its patient portal was disabled after November 30, 2023. An official notice issued in December 2022 informed patients that medical records could be obtained by submitting a request form to ENH or potentially accessed through HEALTHeLINK™, a regional health information exchange, if providers had shared records with them. A new facility, Lockport Memorial Hospital, a campus of Mount St. Mary's Hospital, which is part of Catholic Health, opened in the Town of Lockport in October 2023. This new hospital operates independently of the former Eastern Niagara Hospital and would have its own patient portal and associated EHR system as part of the Catholic Health network.
