About the Practice

Elmwood Pediatric Group is a pediatric practice serving families in Rochester and the surrounding areas since 1946, recognized as the first pediatric group in the area. They provide comprehensive pediatric care for patients from birth through college age, acting as a NCQA certified “Patient Centered Medical Home”. The group consists of board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners offering services including well child care, sick care, on-site laboratory testing, immunizations, developmental screenings, mental health consultations, adolescent gynecology, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
