Crystal Run Healthcare currently uses MyChart as its patient portal. MyChart is a patient portal system provided by Epic. It's worth noting that effective March 1, 2025, Crystal Run Healthcare, powered by Optum, transitioned to the Optum Medical Care MyChart portal. Previously, they also utilized a NextGen patient portal, which was available in read-only mode until June 1, 2025. Crystal Run Healthcare has been recognized for its use of electronic health records and was an early adopter of EHR systems. Crystal Run Healthcare and Optum are both subsidiaries of UnitedHealth Group.
