Primary Electronic Health Record System
Columbia Memorial Hospital (cmh-net.org) is transitioning to the MyChart patient portal, which is associated with the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system. Previously, Columbia Memorial Hospital utilized an online patient portal called myCMH. Support information for myCMH directed users to contact Cerner technical support, suggesting that myCMH was likely associated with a Cerner EHR system. However, as part of the Albany Med Health System, Columbia Memorial Health is adopting a single, unified electronic medical record system and has introduced MyChart as its new patient portal. As of November 2, 2024, access to the previous portal (Healow, used for myCMH) is no longer available, and patients are directed to create a new account in MyChart for seamless access to their health information. MyChart is a patient portal product licensed from Epic Systems Corporation.
