CenterWell Senior Primary Care is currently utilizing a patient portal branded as the "Health Portal" which is powered by eClinicalWeb, LLC, and is accessible through the Healow App. According to information from CenterWell, they are in the process of transitioning to a new patient portal. This new portal, branded as the "CenterWell Patient Portal," is powered by athenahealth and is scheduled to begin rolling out in mid-June 2025. Therefore, CenterWell Senior Primary Care is currently using the eClinicalWorks EHR system, as Healow is the patient portal solution provided by eClinicalWeb, LLC (eClinicalWorks). They are transitioning to an EHR system provided by athenahealth, which will power their new patient portal.
