This patient portal is a shared system used by Columbia University Irving Medical Center, NewYork-Presbyterian, and Weill Cornell Medicine. The "Connect" patient portal is tied to the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system. Columbia University Irving Medical Center, along with NewYork-Presbyterian, transitioned to the Epic EHR system and the "Connect" patient portal on February 1, 2020.
