Primary Electronic Health Record System
Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca, part of Cayuga Health, is transitioning to using Epic as their electronic health record (EHR) system. With this transition, their new patient portal is MyChart. Previously, Cayuga Health utilized "Cayuga Health Medent Mobile and MyCayugaHealth patient portal," but these portals were no longer available as of March 22, 2025, as the system moved to Epic and the MyChart patient portal. MyChart is noted as offering a streamlined experience for various patient tasks, including scheduling appointments, communicating with providers, accessing medical records, and paying bills. Information from previous portals is being securely transferred to MyChart.
