Mid-Hudson Medical Group P.C., as part of CareMount Medical and now Optum Medical Care, utilizes the MyChart patient portal. MyChart is a patient portal system developed by Epic Systems. This indicates that the underlying EHR vendor for Mid-Hudson Medical Group P.C. is Epic. Previously, CareMount Medical used a patient portal powered by NextGen®. However, effective March 1, 2025, patients transitioned to the Optum Medical Care MyChart portal. The former NextGen® portal was available in read-only mode until June 1, 2025. The MyChart portal provides patients with secure online access to their health information, including lab results, visit summaries, medications, and appointments, and allows for communication with their healthcare team.
