The Emma L. Bowen Community Service Center, also known as Upper Manhattan Mental Health Center, Inc., is a non-profit community-based organization established in 1986 to provide comprehensive services helping individuals and families of all ages address "problems of living". The center specializes in mental health and addiction treatment, offering a range of care including outpatient and day treatment, therapeutic preschool, child and adolescent clinics, adult behavioral health, elderly care, care management, residential addiction recovery, and a food pantry.
