Primary Electronic Health Record System
Bassett Healthcare Network utilizes a patient portal called MyBassett Health Connection. This patient portal is a branded version of Epic's MyChart. Bassett Healthcare Network selected Epic as their Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in 2018. The MyBassett Health Connection portal is seamlessly connected to Bassett Healthcare Network's electronic health record system, allowing patients access to their personal health information, including test results, appointments, and the ability to message their doctor and request prescription renewals. The MyBassett Health Connection login page displays the "MyChart is Epic logo" and indicates that "MyChart® licensed from Epic Systems Corporation". Patients can access MyBassett Health Connection online or through the MyChart app, selecting Bassett Healthcare Network as their provider.
