About the Practice

Founded in 1994, Arizona Community Physicians is the largest physician-owned, predominantly primary care medical group practice in Arizona, with offices in Tucson, Oro Valley, and Green Valley. [1, 2, 5] The group is patient-centered and provides comprehensive outpatient services across various specialties including family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, endocrinology, rheumatology, dermatology, and gynecology. [1, 5, 7] In addition to physician services, they own and operate a full-service laboratory, two radiology facilities, and a testing center, aiming to be a full-service integrated healthcare provider. [5, 7] They also formed an accountable care organization, Abacus Health, and emphasize developing personal, long-term relationships between patients and their providers. [1, 5, 7]
