About the Practice

Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC) is an internationally recognized nonprofit established in 1997 dedicated to advancing research and providing a lifetime of support for individuals with autism and their families. [11, 13] SARRC conducts innovative research, provides evidence-based practices, disseminates effective training, and builds inclusive communities. [11] Their clinical model is grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) with a focus on naturalistic behavioral interventions in inclusive environments such as home, school, job, or community. [13, 7] They offer services including diagnostic testing, children's services, family and community services, teen and adult services, and autism research. [5, 13] A key program is the Community School, an inclusive preschool for children with and without autism. [2, 8]
