The patient portal associated with Aurora Health Care is branded as "LiveWell". LiveWell serves as the patient portal for Advocate Aurora Health, a system that includes Aurora Health Care. This portal allows patients to manage various aspects of their healthcare online. The LiveWell portal is powered by Epic's MyChart, a widely used patient portal platform integrated with the Epic EHR system. Aurora Health Care transitioned to the Epic EHR system in 2013. Following the merger with Advocate Health Care, which also moved to a single Epic platform, the combined entity, Advocate Aurora Health, utilizes Epic across its system.
