Primary Electronic Health Record System
Arnot Ogden Medical Center, part of Arnot Health, is utilizing MyChart as its patient portal. MyChart is a patient portalMesoftware developed by Epic Systems. Arnot Health transitioned to the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system, and the MyChart patient portal, in March 2025. This transition replaced several existing electronic medical record systems, creating a single integrated solution for Arnot Health and Cayuga Health, which have affiliated under the name Centralus Health. Previously, in 2014, Arnot Health had selected eClinicalWorks for its comprehensive EHR solution and patient portal for its ambulatory practices. Arnot Ogden Medical Center had also previously used HARRIS Flex as its EHR, which went live in 2000, and integrated it with Harris Healthcare QCPR and ED PulseCheck in their emergency department. However, the recent information confirms the move to Epic and MyChart.
