The patient portal vendor and branding associated with their Epic EMR is MyChart. Saratoga Hospital and the Albany Med Health System transitioned to a unified Epic EMR platform in November 2024, replacing previous systems, including the Medent patient portal formerly used by Saratoga Hospital. MyChart is the single patient portal for the entire Albany Med Health System, allowing patients to access and manage their health information, such as viewing test results, refilling prescriptions, and paying bills. This integration provides a seamless experience for patients across the health system's locations.
