M.P.A, FACHE, LNHA. Appointed CEO of Gouverneur Skilled Nursing Facility. Served as Associate Executive Director since February 2016, responsible for administering operations and activities of the 255 bed nursing home. Managed a $28 million operating budget and oversaw a successful accreditation survey by the Joint Commission. Under her leadership, the nursing facility returned over 300 patients to the community following rehabilitation. More than twenty five years of experience in healthcare in the Greater New York Area including positions at Montefiore Health System/Schaffer Extended Care Center, Sound Shore Medical Center of Westchester, Lutheran Medical Center, and The New York Hospital/Cornell Medical Center. Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Villanova University and a Master's Degree in Health Policy and Management from New York University. Active in community activities including guest lecturer at Iona College and College of New Rochelle, and President of the Pelham Children's Center Board in Pelham, NY. Awarded the Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award by the American College of Health Care Administrators in 2015 and is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives.
