Terrance “TJ” O'Reilly has served as a Chief Executive Officer of inpatient psychiatric hospitals with connecting outpatient programs treating the mental health and chemical dependency needs of children, adolescents, adults, seniors, military and veteran populations across the country. As CEO, O'Reilly leads the organization's efforts to be a community partner, providing quality patient centered care and improving the well-being of each client served. In addition to his role as CEO, O'Reilly brings with him a Trauma Informed Care Program that is the group curriculum for the MHTs, Nurses, and Clinical Services. Previously, O'Reilly served in executive leadership roles at Seven Hills in Las Vegas NV, South Sound Behavioral Hospital in Lacey WA, Dallas Behavioral Healthcare Hospital in Desoto TX, Haven Behavioral Hospital in Frisco TX and multiple Universal Health Services “UHS” residential treatment centers. During which time, O'Reilly focused on improving patient satisfaction, implementing programming, and improving quality compliance. O'Reilly obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Montana in 1999. He became licensed as a registered nurse in 2011. O'Reilly went on to complete his Master's in Business Administration from Franklin University in 2013. He has been married to wife Amy for 17 years. His goal in life is to provide a better life for his family at home and his work family.
