Kelly Judice

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Began working as a staff nurse in January 2001, worked in clinical nursing for 15 years before becoming CNO and COO. Served as Interim CEO since October 2022 and was appointed permanent CEO effective December 6, 2023. Holds an Associate Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse), BSM, and was pursuing a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration at Texas Tech as of September 2023. She previously served as the District's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer. Led the OGH Team during the tornado and oversaw the completion of the Surgery Center and the construction of a comprehensive Rural Health Clinic.

Debbie Beck

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Director of Human Resources

Born and raised in Perryton, Texas, and began working at OGH in high school. She has been the director of both the Business Office and Human Resources for OGH. She became the CFO in October 2020. Holds an Associate in Science degree, BBA in Finance, and was working on her MBA in Healthcare Management as of September 2023. Also holds SHRM-SCP and continues to serve as Director of Human Resources.

Appointed as the new Chief Nursing Officer effective August 21, 2024. A dedicated registered nurse with over 8.5 years of experience, formerly a Charge Nurse. Holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Seward County Community College. Originally from Perryton, TX.
