Began with the organization in 1995 as a nurse intern at Aurora Burlington, progressed through various nursing and leadership roles at other Aurora locations before becoming President of Aurora Medical Center-Burlington and Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn in September 2022, replacing Bob Miller. Previously President of Aurora South Shore.
