Joined MultiCare in 2017 as chief financial officer for Mary Bridge Children's Hospital, and was named president, Capital Medical Center & Thurston County market leader in April 2021. He started his career at Capital Medical Center in the finance department in 2003, ultimately serving as the hospital's controller. He has also served at the Washington State Hospital Association, and as chief financial officer at Summit Pacific Medical Center. Callicoat holds a Master of Business Administration in Economics and Finance from Pacific Lutheran University.
