Ventura native, Haady Lashkari, joined Community Memorial Healthcare in October of 2001 as an Administrative Intern. Over the years Haady was promoted into several roles including Assistant Administrator, and Assistant Vice President before moving into his current role as Chief Administrative Officer for Community Memorial Hospital – Ojai in January 2011. [2] Since then, Haady has helped take the Ojai Hospital to new heights. He played an instrumental role in the renovations of the hospital and the building of the innovative Continuing Care Center. [2] Lashkari, a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with degrees in Sociology and Communications and has a Master's degree in Public Administration from California State University Northridge. [12] He joined the Community Memorial Hospital staff in 2001 and joined the staff at Ojai Valley Community Hospital in January 2011 as the Chief Administrative Officer and a vice president with Community Memorial Health System. [12] Lashkari, a father of three, is married to wife Anita and they moved to the Ojai Valley in 2012. [12]
Diane Drexler sets the vision for nursing and patient care at Community Memorial Hospital in Ojai and Ventura, the Community Memorial Health Centers.
