Jarret Dreicer

Hospital President, Baptist Medical Center Beaches

Jarret Dreicer, FACHE, MHA, MS, assumed the role of hospital president on January 10, 2023. He was previously the vice president of Operations for Baptist Beaches. Dreicer joined Baptist Health in 2005 as a research analyst and became the systemwide director of Operational Performance Improvement in 2013. He has also served as assistant administrator for Baptist Beaches and was part of the Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center leadership team for program implementation. He worked closely with the previous president, Joe Mitrick, for over a year before taking on the role. Dreicer earned a bachelor's degree in marketing and a master's degree in information age marketing from Bentley College, and a master's in health care administration from the University of North Florida. He serves on several boards and was previously Chair for Beaches Habitat for Humanity. He is also involved with UNF's Health Administration Advisory Board and is a founding member of UNF's Healthcare Administration department. He received UNF's Distinguished Alumni Award in 2021.

Glen Martin, MD, FASA

Vice President of Medical Affairs, Baptist Beaches and Baptist Nassau

Glen Martin, MD, FASA, was appointed vice president of Medical Affairs for Baptist Medical Center Beaches and Baptist Medical Center Nassau. He reports to the health system's chief medical officer and collaborates with the chief quality officer. Dr. Martin works closely with the medical staffs and administration of both hospitals. He has been a member of Baptist Health's medical staff since 2005 and held numerous leadership roles, including chief of staff for Baptist Beaches during the COVID-19 pandemic and chairman of the Medical Staff Quality Management Committee for seven years. He is a board-certified anesthesiologist and a fellow of the American Society of Anesthesiology. Dr. Martin received his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Kansas Medical School and completed an internship at Portsmouth Naval Hospital.
