Joined BryLin from OLV Human Services in Lackawanna, where she served as Chief Clinical Officer for 24 years. Led transformative initiatives, including the integration of trauma-informed care. Earned the 2021 Excellence in Health Care Award and a 2014 Nurse of Distinction nomination. Serves as a Clinical Instructor at Erie 1 BOCES. Holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Medaille College, a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from SUNY Buffalo State, and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Erie Community College. Will oversee all aspects of patient care, emphasizing innovation, collaboration, and a patient-centered approach.
