Hired in April 2021, responsible for daily operations of the hospital and clinics as well as provide direct oversight and direction for these locations. Brings more than 23 years of health care experience. Began career as a radiographer and CT technologist. Held leadership roles in radiology and overall hospital operations. Previously served as regional director of operations at OSF St. Francis Hospital and Medical Group in Escanaba and UP Health System – Marquette. Holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in medical radiography and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Ferris State University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in global business from Cornerstone University.

Director of Nursing

Certified as a Rural Hospital Chief Nursing Officer through the National Rural Health Association. Only director of nursing in the Aspirus Health system with this certification. Selected and sponsored by the Michigan Center for Rural Health. Holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Grand Valley State University and a master's degree in nursing administration from Ferris State University. Obtained Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) certification in 2016 and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification in 2017. Has several years of experience in nursing, quality, operations and management. Previously served as Director - Regional Quality for the Aspirus U.P. Region.
