Renee Matthews

Administrator, Bluffton Hospital

Renee Matthews, RN, has been named the new administrator of Bluffton Hospital, a division of Blanchard Valley Health System. [5, 7, 10, 13] A Bluffton native, she has worked for BVHS in various roles since 2007, including as an emergency department technician at Bluffton Hospital, a nurse at Blanchard Valley Hospital and Bluffton Hospital in roles ranging from emergency department nurse to medical/surgical nursing supervisor, and most recently as clinical manager of Blanchard Valley Obstetrics and Gynecology in both Findlay and Bluffton. [13] Matthews' responsibilities include oversight of the Bluffton Hospital campus and leadership for service excellence.
