Dan Doherty is the President & CEO at Ascension Alexian Brothers, a 397-bed hospital in Elk Grove Village, IL. Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is also certified in project management from the Harvard School of Public Health. In addition to his leadership roles, Dan also has served as an adjunct professor at The University of Chicago's Graduate Program for Health Administration & Policy teaching a course on the US Health Care System, and periodically speaks on a variety of topics at health care conferences and at graduate schools.
