Andrea McKay

President of Cox Monett Hospital

Andrea McKay is a senior health care executive with more than 26 years of leadership experience. She began her role as President of Cox Monett Hospital in June 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Ambulatory Officer at Cody Regional Health, a large rural health system in Cody, Wyoming. In that role, she led strategy, operations, and business development, and her work contributed to revenue growth, improved patient satisfaction, and the implementation of quality and safety initiatives and new service lines. She also served as Incident Commander during the COVID-19 pandemic response for Cody Regional Health. McKay grew up in Indiana and her experience in a rural health setting, communication skills, and leadership were cited as key factors in her selection.
