Sean Patterson

Chief Executive Officer

Sean Patterson is a healthcare executive with more than 12 years experience within HCA. He has served as the TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center's Chief Executive Officer since December of 2022. Prior to his time at TriStar NorthCrest, Sean served as Chief Operating Officer of St. Mark's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. He also has previous experience in the Middle Tennessee region as Chief Operating Officer at TriStar StoneCrest in Smyrna and Associate Chief Operating Officer at TriStar Skyline in Nashville. Christine Lunger

Chief Nursing Officer

Christine Lunger was announced as the new chief nursing officer in March 2025. Lunger will oversee nursing operations at the 109-bed acute care hospital. She has been part of the HCA Healthcare family for more than 15 years, most recently serving as the associate chief nursing officer at TriStar Summit Medical Center. Prior to TriStar Summit, Lunger held leadership positions at TriStar Skyline Medical Center, including director of the Critical Care Unit and associate chief nursing officer. Lunger received a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from Chamberlain University and a bachelor's degree from The College of New Jersey. [2]

Jessica Bohon

Vice President of Human Resources

Jessica Bohon was announced as the new vice president of human resources in February/March 2025. Bohon will oversee human resource functions along with employee engagement. Bohon comes to TriStar NorthCrest after serving as the human resources director for Main Street Rural Health. Previously, she spent more than 10 years in various human resources roles with HCA Healthcare. Bohon received a bachelor degree from Strayer University and is a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional. [6, 11]
