Sneha Patel

CEO

Sneha Patel has been the CEO of Coastal Harbor Health System (CHHS) since May 2022. Sneha is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and holds a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling. She joined the CHHS team as a licensed mental health therapist in 2010, received extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and provided compassionate therapeutic interventions to patients and their families. Sneha was promoted to the Director of Clinical Services shortly thereafter, and did an exemplary job supervising and mentoring team members. Sneha also served as the Chief Operating Officer.

Dr. Reemon Bishara

Medical Director

Dr. Reemon Bishara serves as Medical Director for Coastal Harbor. Dr. Bishara received his M.D. in 1992 from J.W.G. University in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. In 1995, he moved to the United States, and in 1996, he passed the American Board Examinations.
