Tony Martinelli serves as the president and CEO of WVU Medicine Wetzel County Hospital and WVU Medicine Reynolds Memorial Hospital. He has over 15 years in healthcare, with prior roles including senior administrator at WVU Medicine Harrison Community Hospital, assistant vice president for clinical services at WVU Medicine Wheeling Hospital, and chief operating officer at Reynolds Memorial Hospital. Heidi McGowan was named Director of Operations for WVU Medicine Wetzel County Hospital in January 2025. She is responsible for the oversight and implementation of the hospital's daily operations. McGowan holds a degree in Medical Technology from West Virginia University and an MBA from Ohio University. She previously worked at Wetzel County Hospital from 2005-2011 in patient care and served as a director and hospital administrator for Memorial Health System from 2011-2024. [3]
