Anne Sadowska is the Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for the Northwest WI Division of Aspirus Health. In her role, she serves as the senior executive at Aspirus Stanley Hospital and Clinics. Sadowska brings 15 years of leadership experience in health care and hospital operations. Prior to joining Aspirus, she was the Chief Executive Officer of The Rehabilitation Hospital of Western Wisconsin in Eau Claire. She has also held leadership positions at HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire and MJ Care, Inc. Sadowska previously worked as an Occupational Therapist at HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in occupational science from St. Catherine University and is a registered Occupational Therapist, a certified Lymphedema Therapist, and a certified Dementia Capable Care Instructor.
Jessica Faude is the Vice President-Chief Nursing Officer for Aspirus Medford and Aspirus Stanley Hospitals, a role she assumed effective March 14. She had served as Interim VP-CNO since October 2021. Faude began her career at Aspirus Medford in 2004 as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Nurse Technician before becoming a Registered Nurse. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Wyoming and a Master of Science in Nursing in Healthcare Administration from Capella University. Faude serves as Chair of the Aspirus System Falls Team and is the Wisconsin Critical Access Hospital manager representative on the Aspirus System Nurse Professional Practice Council.
