Lincoln S. Mendez

Chief Executive Officer

Lincoln S. Mendez has served as Chief Executive Officer of Boca Raton Regional Hospital since July 1, 2019, when the hospital became part of the Baptist Health South Florida system. [9] He was also appointed to the role of North Region Executive for Baptist Health in 2022. [7] Prior to leading Boca Regional, Mr. Mendez served as CEO at South Miami Hospital for over nine years and as CEO at Doctors Hospital for a total of 14 years. [7, 9] His background also includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Kendall Regional Medical Center, Pembroke Pines Hospital, and Assistant Administrator for Aventura Hospital. [9] Mr. Mendez holds a Master's in Health Administration Degree from Florida International University and Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from Southern Adventist University. [9] He is involved in the Palm Beach County community and serves on various boards, including the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and the South Florida Hospital and Healthcare Association. [6, 9]
