Alison Flynn Gaffney, FACHE, is the chief executive officer of Banner – University Medical Center Tucson and Banner – University Medical Center South, effective Dec. 2, 2024. She has over 30 years of executive-level business experience in healthcare. Prior to joining Banner Health, she served as president of the healthcare division at JLL and as chief operating officer for hospitals and clinics at the University of Utah Health System. She earned her bachelor's degree in health care administration and master's in health services administration from Iona University and became a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives in 2013.
