Since 2019, Donahue has served as chief operating officer for the three hospitals (Taylor, Trenton, and Wayne), and earlier this year, she became administrative co-lead for the Trauma Clinical Care program for Beaumont Health (now Corewell Health). Prior to these roles, she served as chief nursing officer and helped oversee the Magnet journey and application at Beaumont, Taylor as well as inpatient nursing productivity at Beaumont, Wayne. She initially joined Beaumont more than a decade ago as a staff nurse at Beaumont, Dearborn.
