Rich brings a wealth of expertise to her new role, having previously held significant leadership positions at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas, and Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Throughout her career, she has successfully led nursing teams, improved patient outcomes, and promoted a collaborative, high-performance culture in healthcare settings. Additionally, Rich holds International Certification in Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) for both Adult and Pediatric care. Having recently relocated back to her family farm in Protection, Kansas, Ashley Rich is excited to contribute to the local community in the vital role. Rich is the daughter to Bill and Peggy Rich.
