Jenn Tschida has worked at the Melrose medical campus since she was 15 when she was a candy striper at Pine Villa Nursing Home. She began her role as CentraCare-Melrose president on Oct. 15. Before becoming president, Tschida was senior director of ambulatory services, which included operational oversight and strategic direction for the campus. Tschida credits her parents with an upbringing that led her where she is in her career. She is responsible for the Melrose campus financially and with the daily operations, including strategy planning, growth, adapting to healthcare changes, and building community relationships.
