Senior Vice President, Atlantic Health System and President, Overlook Medical Center

Stephanie Schwartz, MHSA, FACHE, is a recognized, accomplished health care leader who takes a collaborative approach guided by a passion for high-quality, patient-centered care. [9] She was named president of Overlook Medical Center in 2021, following a successful tenure as president at Chilton Medical Center. [6, 9] She had been serving as interim president of Overlook since August 2021, succeeding Alan Lieber. [6, 7] Prior to coming to New Jersey, she served in leadership roles at hospitals in Maryland and Pennsylvania. [6, 11] She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maryland and earned her master's degree in health services administration from George Washington University. [11]

Brian Radbill, MD

Chief Medical Officer, Overlook Medical Center

Brian David Radbill, MD, MBA, FACP, a board-certified nephrologist, became chief medical officer (CMO) at Overlook Medical Center in February 2024. [3] As CMO at Overlook, Dr. Radbill is responsible for the clinical leadership of Overlook Medical Center's medical staff. [3] He joined Overlook after a career in the Mount Sinai Health System, where he most recently served as Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President, Medical Affairs at Mount Sinai Morningside. Heather Veltre, DNP, MS, RN, NEA-BC

Chief Nursing Officer, Overlook Medical Center

Heather Veltre was named Overlook Medical Center's new chief nursing officer in March 2024. [8] As Overlook's CNO, Veltre is responsible for the overall delivery and management of nursing professional practice, education, professional development, research, administration and clinical services. [8] She has comprehensive experience in nursing leadership in hospitals throughout New Jersey, most recently from Bayshore Medical Center, where she served as vice president of patient care services and chief nursing officer. [8] Prior to that, she served as vice president of patient care services and CNO at Palisades Medical Center and in leadership roles at Saint Peter's University Hospital and Holy Name. [8]
