Previously served as president of Bon Secours' Southside Medical Center in Petersburg and Southern Virginia Medical Center in Emporia. Joined Bon Secours in 2020. Led expansions in teleneurology, swing beds, and behavioral health, and added a women's center and imaging centers at previous hospitals. Oversaw a hospital evacuation during Hurricane Irma in Florida. Member of the 2023 Lead Virginia class.
