Randy Neiswonger was named CEO of Community Hospital in Munster in August 2022. [4, 5, 6, 7] He brings extensive, well-rounded leadership qualities to his role. [6] Prior to joining Community Hospital, Neiswonger held executive leadership positions in hospital operations and patient care, including recent oversight of University of Chicago Medicine's Community Hospital and Health Division. [4, 5] He brings more than 15 years of expertise in patient-centered care, physician relations, strategic planning, operational excellence and employee engagement. [4] Neiswonger earned a bachelor's degree in nursing, a master's in acute care nurse practitioner and an MBA from University at Buffalo, State University of New York. [4, 5]
Ronda McKay serves as chief nursing officer and vice president for Patient Care Services at Community Hospital in Munster. [5] She is also listed as Chief Nurse Executive at Community Hospital (Munster) by the Indiana Hospital Association. [11] She received a Nurse of Distinction award from the Indiana University Kokomo School of Nursing and the IU Alumni Association Kokomo Region.
