Kila LeGrand

Executive Director

Kila LeGrand was named the new executive director for Sanford Aberdeen. She previously served as the director of nursing and clinical services at Sanford Aberdeen. LeGrand graduated from Presentation College in Aberdeen with a bachelor's degree in nursing and later attended the University of South Dakota where she received a master's degree in business administration. She started her career at Sanford Health in 2011 as the director of surgery and transitioned to her role as director of nursing and clinical services in 2015. She was awarded the 2021 South Dakota Organization of Nurse Leaders Leadership Award.
