Susan L. Browning is the President of Vassar Brothers Medical Center and Western Regional President for Nuvance Health. [2, 3] She oversees all aspects of the Medical Center's operations, including financial performance, patient satisfaction, and quality of care. [2] Prior to joining Nuvance Health, she served at Northwell Health for over 24 years in various roles, including Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Strategy and Business Development. [2, 3] She was also previously Vice President for Administration at New York Presbyterian-Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. [2, 4] Ms. Browning holds a Master of Public Health from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College at Columbia University. [3, 7] She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, past president of Healthcare Leaders of New York, and served as an examiner with the United States Department of Commerce Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Program.
