With a diverse background in healthcare, Tom Maher has held successful CEO positions in psychiatric, rehabilitation, and acute care hospitals across both for-profit and nonprofit sectors. He has been a hospital administrator in Clark County, Nevada, since 1999 and has served as the CEO of Boulder City Hospital since 2007. Tom earned his AB degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1986 and an MBA from California State University, Fullerton in 1991. Beyond his work at Boulder City Hospital, Tom is an active leader in healthcare associations, having served multiple terms as Chairman of the Board for the Nevada Hospital Association (NHA), Nevada Rural Hospital Partners (NRHP), and the Liability Cooperative of Nevada (LiCON), a self-insured risk pool for NRHP. Tom is married and the proud father of four children.
