Drew Dostal

President of Gerber Hospital

Drew Dostal, MBA, FACHE, was appointed as a regional market leader for Corewell Health, with oversight including Corewell Health Gerber Hospital, joining Corewell Health in 2020. [5, 7] He has more than 25 years of experience in both clinical and managerial fields, having previously served as CEO at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis, New Mexico; Ogallala Community Hospital in Ogallala, Nebraska; and Rocky Mountain Surgical Center in Bozeman, Montana. [7] Dostal is a U.S. Air Force veteran and holds an associate degree in nursing from West Shore Community College, a bachelor's degree in nursing and an MBA from Ferris State University. [7] He is also a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. [7] As of July 2023, he was also referred to as president of Gerber Hospital in a Corewell Health news release. [11]
