Kris McCarty

President

Kris McCarty was named President of Sparrow Clinton Hospital in March 2023. [3] She had served as interim leader since June of the previous year. [3, 6] McCarty has been with Sparrow for 17 years, with prior roles including Vice President of Patient Experience for Sparrow Health System, Director of Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital at Sparrow, and Director of Rehabilitation Services. Dr. Holzhei is a Family Physician at UM Health-Sparrow St. Johns Professional Associates. [5] He completed his medical school at Des Moines University and residency at Garden City Osteopathic Hospital. [5] Dr. Holzhei holds a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration and is a Certified Physician Executive.
