Jim White has been providing services in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health fields for more than 30 years. He has more than 15 years of service at West Oaks Hospital in multiple positions. He currently serves as the Director of Military Services for West Oaks Hospital. Jim initiated and currently leads the West Oaks Hospital Patriot Support Center of Excellence. The Program is dedicated to providing care Veterans and Active-Duty members of the United States Armed Forces. Many of these Veterans have suffered extensive wounds from combat during the many years of warfare that our Nation has endured.
Kim Williams joined West Oaks Hospital in 2016 as a Utilization Management Case Manager and she was later promoted to the Lead Case Manager position in 2020. Kim has over 20 years of experience working in mental health and substance abuse services including extensive collaboration with community providers, recidivism courts, and drug court programs. In October 2022, she was promoted to Director of Utilization Management and worked with her team to restructure and rebuild a cohesive unit that is focused on providing high quality patient care in the most cost-effective manner.
Charles Estes is a human resources professional with over 15 years of progressive human resources experience at West Oaks Hospital. Prior to joining the West Oaks family, he started his professional career at IntraCare Hospital Medical Center and served as an Executive Assistant for 6 years. Charles earned many accolades during his tenure by providing excellent service and always going above and beyond. Earning the MVP Joint Commission Preparedness award was most memorable and rewarding.
