Served as CEO of Troy Regional since January 2020. Prior to his current role, he served in various senior leadership roles in the Orlando Health System in Orlando, Fla., and Bay Medical Center in Panama City, Fla., for a combined 22 years. Smith has a master's degree in health administration and is board certified as a Healthcare Executive by the American College of Healthcare Executives. He serves in numerous nonprofit board roles and is active in several civic groups.

Graduate of Troy University with a degree in accounting. Joined Troy Regional in 2023 with more than 30 years of experience as a healthcare finance leader. Responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the organization, including in-hospital and clinic services. Comes from Southeast Health in Dothan where she served for 32 years, most recently in the position of corporate controller.
