Maulik Joshi, Dr.P.H. is the President and CEO of Meritus Health, Inc. Meritus Health Inc. includes Meritus Medical Center (MMC), the Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine (MSOM), and Brook Lane. The mission of Meritus Health is to improve the health of our community by providing the best healthcare, health services and medical education. Prior to Meritus Health, Dr. Joshi was the executive vice president of integrated care delivery and chief operating officer for the Anne Arundel Health System. Previously, he served as the associate executive vice president at the American Hospital Association and president of the Health Research & Educational Trust. He has also worked at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, the University of Pennsylvania Health System and The HMO Group. Dr. Joshi has a Doctorate in Public Health and a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan. He was Editor-in-Chief for the Journal for Healthcare Quality.
Carrie Adams, Pharm.D. is the Chief Operating Officer of Meritus Health. She was also recognized as Meritus Medical Center Chief Operating Officer in the Daily Record's 2025 Health Care Power List.
Josh Repac, CPA, M.B.A. is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for Meritus Health and the Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine. He is also listed as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Meritus Medical Center. Prior to coming to Meritus Health, he served as director of the Berkeley Research Group and manager advisory of KPMG, LLP. He is a certified public accountant and holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Baltimore/Towson University and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the Robert H.
